Salads and vegetable crudités and as many fruits as possible are important aspects of a healthy eating program. You may also consider replacing the sugary and processed foods, carbohydrates with fresh fruits and vegetables. Low glycemic index of the foods is also important, as in most of the cases the high glycemic index of the foods contributes to a weight gain and to a high level of insulin and other related health problems.

There is the required limitation of some undesirable and unhealthy products or ingredients and this is the case of salt and sodium glutamate, white flour, cow milk and sugar. These are the most important rules and principles that are worth of being followed in order to have a healthy nutrition and in order to have the benefits of such a healthy lifestyle.
